uninstall the samsung kies you downloaded. try downloading it from http://www.samsung.com/hk_en/consumer/mobile/mobile-phones/camera-phone/GT-B7722QKATGY/index.idx?pagetype=prd_detail&tab=support
if you downloaded it from that address earlier as well, then contact samsung help-care, as there maybe an issue with the handset.
some points to keep in mind when connecting mobile to PC:
1. phone should be turned on 2. usb connector/port should be working fine

You need a USB data cable and samsung PC suite software to be able to connect with your computer. Once you install the samsung PC suite, use the USB cable to connect or transfer data.
