Try compressed air to remove the dirt and dust underneath the keys. If it does not work then it’s a spyware issue, try downloading freeware program to find and eliminate it. Hope that will work.
laptop have a lot of various switches to turn stuff on or off if you press the right combo of keys try pressing you Fn function button down and try the keys that are not working .

Uninstalling the drivers and then installing them again should return everything to default values.

so you can uninstall the software / drivers from start -> control panel -> uninstall programs / add or remove programs, find it from the list and uninstall. if noting related is on the listen then icnore this step and go forward to the next one.

on your desktop or on your start menu, right click on my computer or "computer" click on manage from the menu that comes up.

on the computer management window on the left side, click on device manager, then see on the right side, video adapters or display adapters or similiar, open it up from the + next to it, see your video adapter there? Right click on it and uninstall.

make sure all video adapters (most likely just one) are uninstalled, then restart the computer, it should start up in basic video settings and you may have to get the drivers for the video card from the makers website (I can look them up if you send me the brand and model of the laptop)

All the settings will return to normals and the hardware acceleration should be turned to full, and you should be able to adjust it again.

I know how fix it if any still need help. You will need usb with windows 8 install on it, keyboard and micro usb hub, which take other devices get things from it, like gettin gwindows 8 start on tablet digiland. You need start device, press winodws key and alt, then it should start over bios mode, then go to first slot start windows 8 usb, then restart, wait it fully go usb then should be windows 8 install done right after waiting say 5-8 minutes see it, then should be able take it from there. I did it but having problems with updates it needs, which working on. Hey least get winodws 8 right.

You should have had in the box with your Surface 3 Tablet a charger. It will have a plug with 2 points that is for your power plug, and at the other end you will have a natty little flat magnetised plug for the side of your Tablet. Mine is at the bottom right slot, looking at the screen of your Tablet. Now when the power is turned on, a small bright light will glow. That is now informing you that the battery in your Surface is being charged. Now at the bottom right of your Task bar, that is the Bar on the bottom of your screen where you can place program short cut Icons for your convenience. Now the speaker Icon which is there toward the right-hand side and has a cross if off, or a different look when on. Now the next icon on its right is the one that tells you how much charge is in the battery, if you touch it, it will come on to the screen informing you how much charge you have in the battery. If I'm using my Surface a lot and I do I keep it on charge while I work as a precaution to keeping my Surface well topped up. Hope this helps.

Hi, you may have to go to the Microsoft home site, and ask for Microsoft Word or Office for iPad. There is one for both Apple and Android systems, but it is a little different to the one they have in their own Windows system. I use Open Source from Oracle it's free and it works well in my Windows 10 machine and Surface Tablet. Best of luck.

If so, then if u can get into I, u may be able to try and install them, if it's not the Intel ones
Then I guess the best option I can think of would be, if your wanting to use the data sim, have a look online and see what 3g stick is comparable with surface 2, then from there
You could get an unlocked one or same brand as simcard provider and try that,

Sometimes there's comparability issues with these things.

Please explain what device your trying to download too? Can I guess these are some sort of music files like .MP3? Does your MSP3 have a USB port or a storage card like a mini SD? If so use it to transfer.

You should be able to plug it into another computer and see card and memory separate and then access it that way. Then you could determine how to access the sd card info.

Apple only fixes it's products for free during guarantee period (mostly 1 year, 2 years with Apple Care Protection Plan), but before you send it to Apple check your charger, you need at least a current of 2Amps. If this is ok, check if the charger can charge other devices. If yes, go to a store selling iPads and check if you can charge your iPad with the charger of one of the sample products.

Depends what type of attachment it is. You can definitly open them if you have the appropriate app installed.

double check to make sure your plug is in the wall outlet, and that you don't have a controlling wall switch off. this happens a lot in the car too, my charger has to be rotated to get the cigarette lighter connection just right.

Tablets can get viruses just like regular computers. Install a trusted virus scanner. AVG is free and works well. There are many others. If this tablet is not android based - there are plenty of free options depending on the operating system. Malwarebytes.org has a free scanner for malware that is great for pc's running the windows operating system.

Bitorrent movies- hmm. If this is a copied movie or a movie that is "leaked" or anything possibly infringing on a copyright in the u.s. you are looking for trouble. Bittorrent in the clear (NOT behind a VPN) tracks what you are doing. Your I.P address on the internet is logged and anything illegal is possibly being tracked. Just a heads up. I have yet to see anything that is legally downloadable when the words torrent and movie are in the same sentence. If you insist in trying to load this thing bittorrent is just a peer to peer file transfer program. Try VLC (google it) it can play most movie formats these days and is completely free. Once the movie is completely downloaded you can open it in bittorrent program by clicking on it- provided vlc is loaded on your p.c.
