google daikin (model number) manual . what are you trying to do or just want a manual ?they really dont tell you much in them.

This is a fault with the fan coils fan motor.
This could possibly be due to either an issue with the main PCB or the fan motor itself.

First of all, I am not a A/C repairman, but I do repair many other electronic devices. Sounds like an interconnecting wiring error. Check wiring connection i.e. wires are connected in right order 1 to1 2 to 2 etc. from indoor terminal board to outdoor terminal board. Also check for slack or loose connections.

because you have the temperature set at 28 degrees celcuis . Change the temperature to 18 degrees and it will cool 28 is hotter It is a reverse cycle air conditioner it will warm the room if you set temperature to 28 degrees . Set it lower and it will blow out cold air. Have exact same air conditioner as I recognise the remote control. point it at the air conditioner when altering the temperature setting. Check under the slide compartment also on the remote for more advanced settings.

c4 error code has nothing to do with outdoor pcb. Use code 41 to check the value of the liquid line sensor and test with mulit meter. Pretty rare fault. Turn the power off for 5
Mins and reboot your system.
