Program Blocked errors
I was having the same problem with the constant blue screen appearing with different error codes. Here is how I fixed the problem on my Elements 19": I did a channel search. I found there were 68 analog channels and 274 digital channels. On a hunch, I went into Skip Channels and checked off all the digital channels since I have basic cable. Although the tv is HD and did pick up the basic HD channels, I choose to skip those two since I do not have a cable box on that tv and only the basic channels were in HD (about 8). I watched my tv for two hours and blue screen appeared once every 30 minutes, but the next day it did not appear at all. I concluded that those error messages are because those channels are blocked and we have not checked them off to be skipped. When checking the Skip Channels, as you highlight each channel it will either come in or it will not. You will find the "Blocked Program" errors are coming from channels that do not come in and you will need to skip those channels. I hope you can understand how I solved my blue screen problem on my Elements tv. Good luck!

When I plug in a
Is your Headphones ok - Have you tried them on something else?
Is the plug on the headphones of the correct type and size?
If you mute the TV or turn down the volume - does this affect the headphone volume?
Also, Do you get sound out of the Headphones at the same time as the speakers?
If the above checks out to be OK - You may have a faulty Headphone socket in the TV.
Normally when you push headphones into a TV it usually pushes a piece of Metal in the head phone socket that disengages the speakers
The socket can go faulty

How do I program my element tv
Set-up (Programming) procedure is too much to type in here, and is not practical and it will differ brand-to-brand remote controls. If you wish to get more; check the sites linked here. It has set-up code list & set-up procedure to many popular brand remote controls. One among it has general set-up codes to check with TVs and other devices are given, in the order of the 'device's brand name list' in alphabetical order. Pull up older posts. Search the sites by type in the brand name to your device in its search box at the top right part of the display window. It will help you to find the document easily.

"NO SIGNAL "is displayed on a blue screen
You have selected an input on the display that is not getting any signal that the display can recognize. Press the source button either on the set or on the remote until you get a signal.

Icant get vcr to play
If you already have the vcr connected to the TV, then you'll need to find which input the vcr is connected to on the TV. Turn the vcr on and put a movie in it to play. Use the TV remote and find the button that sys 'input ' or source'. Press the button and there should be a list of inputs. Scroll through them until you see the movie playing.
