The only audio output on the HDLCD1908 and 1909 series of Sansui tv's is the coaxial audio out jack. It only works when the tv is tuned to a digital station on the tv's internal tuner. If this won't work for you try getting your audio from your cable or sat box, etc. I hope this helps you.
You do not need the driver fot the monitor but you do need the correct driver for the video card. As fas as the monitor is concerned, all you have to do is to make sure that you set the PC video resolution to the TV native resolution, otherwise you will get format not supported warning on the screen.
You do not activate or set the TV resolution at the TV, the signal feeding the TV has to be hi-def for the TV to show HI-DEF. TV will show what is being fed with, lo-def in = lo-def display.
Hi
Is it not just a case of connecting a scart lead to the TV scart on the DVD, then into the Full Scart socket on the TV or have you done that and are having probs with it?
Hi, In Channel tuning / search menu, please make sure you switch it to digital tuner to scan digital channels. Currently it might set on analog tuner. Thanks.
