I have same problem with HP laptop, one of the things i did the first time was to take off the battery and press on/off button for twenty seconds, put the battery back and turn it on. That works for me and i hope to help you.THX.

First of all run a virus scan to see if there is any malware. When does the blue screen appear? when booting or after boot up?

Dew is caused by condensation of the moisture in the air, usually at night.

The problem is most likely the video cable from the motherboard to the LCD screen has become loose and needs to be reseated back in place. It will need somebody to do a partial dis-assembly to fix the issue or a computer technician.

Have you tried holding down the "fn" key and the pressing the color coded "fn" function? They are typically shown along th F1-F10. The video ones are usually in the middle F4 to F7

Your CPU fan may not be working. The computer automatically shuts down after reaching the specified temperature. Cooling it with a desk fan will do no good. I suggest you take your laptop to the nearest Toshiba Service Centre and get it fixed.
