check that the toner bottle is in coreectly. remove the toner bottle and close the door. wait for the motor to stop turning (3 minutes) insert toner bottle with hole facing up.

E3-01 is the toner bottle rotation. for some reason it is not rotating. Take out the toner bottle and be sure it is in coreectly, that the labels are not loose and preventing it from turning.

There is a sensor by the drum that checks the image on the drum. If the sensor is dirty, or the image on the drum is too dark, it causes this code. 18002435556 for service.

The e7 code is for the sorter problem. you can either call for service 18002435556 or just remove the sorter and use the copier without it.

Fuser error code. unbend a paper clip and push in hole on right side of control panel. watch the control panel on the left side about 2/3 up a dot will appear. when it shows up, press 3. press trouble reset. Touch exit.
turn machine on and off. If it comes back up, reset again. 3rd time it needs a new fusing unit. Call 18002435556 for service.
