I have a RCA sled 48g45rq and mine shuts off every time I hook to the internet and will shut off every time I turn the TV back on until I disconnect the internet. I know my SSID is broadcasting for sure. I can hook it up wireless or ethernet and it does the same thing freezes and shuts off it's what these TVs are known for. I wish somebody could tell me where the backup battery is to hold the information that's stored in it cuz that's what's going on is that the time doesn't stay correct and just like a computer it shuts down and doesn't work until you correct the time on it. And that's because the battery backup in the computer has gone dead. I believe that the people who built this TV and programmed it forgot about that if you know what I mean. I don't know if there is a fix for this all I know is people keep thinking that it's the internet's fault and no it is the TV

I'm no expert! - but I have had a lot of luck going to tech forums like majorgeek.com and others. Even better, go on an RCA forum and post your question and then follow the various advice starting from easy to hard. Generally speaking, there will be people there who know your system and can help you. Sometimes, those virus "warnings" - if they pop up on a browser - are actually malware pop-ups trying to get you to click on something which then installs the virus or malware. Be sure you have a blocker on your browsers to prevent these from getting on your computer. Also, be sure that you don't have 2 antivirus programs on the same computer - they compete with one another and can wreak havoc with the computer. Ask me how I know that!

It could be that the keyboard could be broken or if it is a cordless keyboard then maybe the batteries need to be replaced.

This might be caused due to memory issue ie internal memory too full. You may have to power off and back on if that is not working you may have to do a hard reset. This will clear all apps and internal memory and files but will not effect additional flash memory to be safe remove flash memory card before reset.

first, you can go to the adapters, in the network settings, turn off the wireless adapter, wait a bit and turn it on again. or, you can try to go to device manager and delete the driver of the wifi card. after that just do an refresh and it will reinstall the default driver

On my CPU I can type settings in the computer search bar and the setting app comes up along with other setting info which is on my computer. I can drag and drop the settings app/link onto my monitor or right click and install else where. If you deleted it may be in your trash folder unless you emptied it. If you do not know your wifi SSID, mostly it is printed on a label on the wifi device, together with default password. To prevent being hacked it is best to login to the wifi device and change this password to one only you know.
