You have a MENU whereby the Settings should have the ability to connect to the wireless system. You will need the pass code from the modem (printed on the side or bottom) and when asked for the code, put the data in with the hand held device.

Check the Menu and look for Internet Settings or Wi FI settings. You should have a manual that came with the TV so read the section on how to connect with the Wi Fi or Internet. Once you have Internet connection, you should be able to set up Netflix from there.

Probably not, as on most TVs, the USB port(s) are usually input only, not output.
