My MCA-66 6 Zone, 6 Source Controller Amplifier does not stop searching after an internet connection is made.
If you have a wireless connection, use your phone to check the router signal strength at the antenna for the controller gateway (power down the gateway so it doesn't interfere with the phone's measurement). If the signal strength is below the third arc, move the gateway to a better location. Also check your phone's connection performance while holding it at that point. Even if you have good signal strength, reflections may be causing high signal error rates.
Common causes of such issues are shading by HVAC ducts, metal appliances or furniture, or even the metal cases of nearby audio equipment. The metal can also act as a mirror and bounce a delayed signal to the wireless antenna that interferes with the direct signal. The fix is to move the antenna or the household router, rearrange the equipment to get a clear "view" of the router (keeping in mind where the ducts go through the walls, floors or ceilings), or install a wireless repeater and set the controller gateway to the repeater channel. Nearby microwave ovens can interfere with some wireless channels when they are running, so that's another possibility.
If all else fails, you can use a wired Ethernet connection to bypass the wireless connection problem. You should still be able to use your phone app because it works through the network router, not directly to the audio controller. You may need to redo the connection settings if go wired or install a repeater.

My Internet connection is working on everything on my iPad but I still can't get big fish casino to load. It keeps saying retry. What do I do?
