Generally a two blink code means a faulty power supply. You can buy a replacement power supply online. I've seen them as low as around $120. I'm doing factual research for a potential class action lawsuit regarding these blinking light problems, so I'm pretty familiar with this stuff now. From most of the complaints I've seen people post, if you have a tech replace the power supply it usually costs between $450-$600 including the tech's labor time.
I'd like to hear more about your personal experience with the television. If you would be willing to share your story with me, please send me an email at

Random Side Panel Inputs
You either have a bad Main board or simply a bad touch control button in other word one of your side buttons is defective and it is blocking any other signal to the main board, but usually its a bad main board. In some cases ther is a FIRMWARE update from Panasonic, you may want to call Panasonic or check there website for any type of FIRMWArE UPDATE.
Panasonic TC-L32X1 The picture blinks on and off but it still has power
These blinks (flashes) are fault indication. By the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit stage inside the TV. Count the blinks occur at one time switch ON, carefully. Do it once again, and make sure about the number of blinks. If the flashes are continious, non-stop, the main system control IC should be suspected. If you wish to get more details, check the site linked here. It has blinking codes detail to many brand TVs.
