It is not your tv its channal 9, switch off totally at the wall, disconnect aerial, turn on - tune into channel other than 9, plug in antenna again

Hello,fault is most likely from your screen inverter. the inverter is in charge of display. There is every tendency that the inverter is defective and needs replacement.Good luck.
