My phone had same problem like you are having, but I accidentally got my phone fall on an oil container and spoiled my mic. After changing microphone now working. I guess first option is to change mic. It wont even be soldered to board you can swap it and check. If problem still continues can check circuit. Please watch this video. hard reset the device

if the same was done by lower grade software then bluetooth must be used so close always your bluetooth,,, if the same done by higher or paid service then you must reinstall new and fresh firmware into your mobile to clean the spy software from your phone. (any how it is very difficult to install them into your phone if the same is used by you only)

You just tap the targets in the center. If you tap correctly, the target will automatically move to next position.

You need to try Silica Gel Packets to dry out your phone. There was a good article on associatedcontent.com that explains how to dry a wet cell phone, iPods, or any electronics.

 

You need to place your cell phone in a zip lock bag with Silica Gel Packets. Silica Gel will remove all the moisture from the phone and its components, something air drying will not do!

On some phones, there is a limit to the number of times you can enter the same number, even if you delete it. The number is still there, just marked deleted. Usually limited to 10 or less. It will not be actually removed until all memory and sometimes the phone is factory reset. You may be able to fool it by adding +1 before the area code when you enter the number. It may not recognize it as the same number and the +1 is ignored if it is not long distance. Try als changing the name somewhat.

You can access the service menu by opening the handset and pressing symbol, 3, symbol 3, type program 99100 then press send.

Hi, issues like this are related to your Sim card (network),
not your Cell Phone . In most cases, regarding the text messages,
the problem is from the Service Operator. Have you tried the Sim card on another phone? If not,
remove the Sim card, insert it on another phone and try sending a message from another mobile to you number,
or you can do it in vise- versa by inserting another Sim card on your mobile.

If you can't receive text messages even when it's inserted on another handset,
then you will need to call the customer care of your Network Operator and tell
them your problem, they will help you fix it immediately.

You can check the message center number, but I don't think
it's very much important in your case, well, if you wanna try,
just check the text message settings and verify that the message
center number (which is currently in use) is the same number which
is on another phone with the same network (the other Sim should be
of the same network in your area). If it's different, make the changes
and save the settings. Also disable the "Receive Via" or similar settings..
(I can't recollect the exact settings as i don't have the same model with
me, please excuse me for this.).

If the same Sim card doesn't receive text messages using another handset,
don't bother to change the settings or to make any changes with it,
first call the customer care and verify from them, you may make mistakes instead of fixing it.

jackrose52 Hi put the keypad on the phone and reset the calibration on the phone you need to go into the settings and the go to touch and you will dee the calibration . BUT TAKE THE BATTERY OUT AND THEN PUT It back in the phone. Now after the phone resets, I want you to go to the settings and the calibrate the touch screen . If all this doesn't work call the warranty center number 866-406-5154. Tell them you situation and that you need a replacement phone. Hope this inftomation help. Princess kai You need to get to a verizon corp store and have them look at the phone. It sounds like a bleeding screen. The reason I'm telling you to go to acorp store is because they will need to repalce the phone under a specail program they have. ALso if you are still under warrant you can call the warrant center number is 866-4065154. If you have an extended warranty of full coverage you can get it replace. hER IA SIMPLE FIX IN THE MEAN TIME TAKE OUT THE BATTERY AND SEE IF THE screen comes back. This is the software issue. You cannot fix by yourself.Take the mobile to nearest authorized dealer and reinstall the software fully.
