On whatever browser you are uaing make sure cookies are enabled and also flash (both under browser settings) then if you have any plugins adblock, ghostery, etc... Pause or disable them temporarily (either settings menu or click on plugin icon depending on browser) and than refresh the page/reopen browser. Of still not working try another browser (Chrome, Firefox, IE). If still not working go to the Adobe Flash website and download and install the latest Flash version.

If after all this you still can't get videos playing make sure all the latest windows updates are downloaded via windows update (control panel) and the restart the computer. Good luck.

Some hardware will not support all updates that the app manufacturer puts out. I have the same problem with my Samsung.

Ok, free movies do that and your device is ment to spend money on, so yeah it will do that. You can try to check your settings promissions and ok to all. Also its factory loaded, so hook it up to pc and reset it and load up new firmware thas capabil with you device, that don't work don't streem free movies they are as they come

It's done in software. go through the menus, look at the options, and select wifi on or off at the appropriate place. (pressing the 'home' button might be a good place to start) I keep wifi permanently off on my kindle. It might make a difference as to which version of the kindle you have because the way you do this almost certainly depends on that. It may lead to more more helpful answer if give the version of the kindle you have.

go to settings then look for rest unit to factory default, it will of course wipe out all old info so you need to RE register the unit, but it will be like new, then you will be able to use You're uniqe Id follow all onscreen directions and record all Passwords somewhere safe. for any Problems You may have in the future. you need to go to your amazon acct,verify that you have money,then look for the book and buy it,if that doesnt work,then look for contact us on the amazon page and clik on it and tell them what the problem is,you may have deleted everything or someone took everything out of your acct,DO NOT give your acct password to anyone,only use trustworthy ppl to help you,if someone hacks your acct,then change your password and complain on the site it happened on,kindle tech support, http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=200317150

Chances are your screen went defunct. Or it could be a problem with some other piece of hardware. You can try using the USB cord to plug it into the USB port on a laptop or desktop and see if the computer can read the files. If it can display and explore folders and files, chances are it's the screen (display) that went south. It it can't display and read folders and files chances are it's the memory or some other internal hardware that died. Sadly these things are cheaper to replace than to repair. I have a Kindle II with a faded out display. It works but the text is so light that it's barely readable so I retired it. I have a Kindle Touch that I dropped and the screen broke so I ended up getting a Kindle Paper White and I like it the best of them all.

A drop-down menu will appear. Click on
*Manage your content or device*

Sign in with your User ID and password.

Select the *Settings* tab

Then select *Edit payment method*
