I have a HP G60.

windows Vista or W7? (oldest G60 is 2008 G60-100) so never any text at the screen battery main out. run on AC power only, batteries are very unreliable things. no text , like "Hit F10 to enter BIOS" as seen for 10 years. now. this shows if the PC is alive or not. is it? if that fails. show text then check for a dead black lamp. no fan running means no power or its packed solid in lent. try a new power pack.? the fan must run. or there is no power. battery out tests ALL, leave it out. so we dont have 2 problems. run on AC power only. i use a thing called a volt meter to see of the 19vdc actual lands on the main board. from that powre pack. there are many steps, after 19vdc hits main board we strip the whole PC down to PROVE no modules are shorted. please test the LT with battery MAIN removed. and report action of screen, any thing there. and if FAN works, as it must. or will overheat FAST> ever clean the vents on the PC? (with can-o-air)

How do I delete error message pop reading, Windows cannot find C:\Program Files (x86)\RocketTab\cClient.exe.

Open the 'C:\windows\system32\tasks' directory. Locate and delete all files containing the word 'Rocket'. IMPORTANT: DO NOT DELETE the RTKCPL file. This is a legitimate Windows file. Restart your computer. The error should not return.

My PC keeps on asking to replace my password every two weeks. Can I disable this feature so I don't need to this evrytime?

Depends on the system and your authorization. If you're an administrator, then yes you can. If you're not, then no. If it uses Active Directory for authorization, then definitely no - again unless you're an Admin. Most times they only keep a history of about 5 usages, so I recommend you find some method to help you remember and make it easy for you. Go here: Creating strong passwords is easier than you think Also use a password manager such as: Downloads KeePass This is just my personal preference because it works great at a price I like - FREE!

HP g 60

You will need to activate it using the product key on your computer. The OS has to match the one that came with the pc. You can activate it by right-clicking on Computer icon and going to properties. Scroll to bottom of Window to click a link to activate it.

Hi I have an HP G60- 120EM laptop. Whenever I use

That's an easy fix. :)First of all, go to the HP site, and their support area. Then enter the model of your notebook (or whatever device number they ask for). This should show you a list of all drivers, software, etc for your notebook.Find the audio driver for your OS, and simply install it.Although I recommend to first check if the OS thinks it's still installed. I don't know which OS you're using (Better make it not Windows 8! ;), but in general, it's somewhere under "System settings => Software" or "Control panel => Add/remove programs" or something like that.Now... and this is important... it should have installed some kind of audio control panel. Maybe it is already running in the system tray.(Not your operating system's native one. The driver usually has a special one that knows the insides of your audio chip much better.)Go through all the settings in there. It's pretty sure that there is a configuration for that. But if you're lucky, it will already work as intended, just like that. (Still, it's never bad to know what you can do with it. Maybe you even discover some cool feature you didn't even know was available. :)

Hp g60 wont turn on

Computer does not boot up The problem maybe the RAM, it is faulty or just needs reseating to make proper electrical contact. Reseat the RAM and then boot up your laptop. If it still does not boot up then remove the RAM module/s and take them to your friendly computer repair shop and get them to test the RAM for you. Just like you sometimes need a mechanic to repair your car, sometimes you do need a technician to diagnose and identify the fault or faults on your computer. Not only does a good service technican have the experience to deal with this type of problem, they also have the equipment that allows them to look at things the average computer user can't see, and he has a collection of replacement parts that can be used to quickly test individual components on your computer.
