use any download manager like internet download manager or download accelerator .they will increase ur download speed and also u can resume ur download if it stops in between

The log viewer application for Norton 360 is located at the following location:

c:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared ... and then opening ccLgView.exe

You can double-click on that application and then see the log categories on the left side.

uninstall it including trace files( by using Norton removal tools). Reinstall it

The gold standard for fixing any newly installed software issue is to remove the offending program and reinstall it. I know that's not an exact fix, but that's what tech support will tell you to do. If that doesn't work call those guys - you should have several days of free tech support (at least 30 days), and they will know exactly what to do.

Currently there is no way to remove log entries that are displayed, but you can go to add and remove programs and remove Norton 360 and if you have installation disc you can reinstall Norton

Open the Norton360, scroll on Identity protection log in to it,choose cards and log ins, hit Manage Cards, Choose the card you wanna delete and click delete! Simple as that!!!

From the sounds of your issue, it may be that you have malware or a Trojan. You can run a scan using this free malware/antivirus protection. I am not sure which antivirus you are currently using but this one is free and has excellent reviews. You will need to uninstall your current antivirus protection first before installing this one.

Malware/Trojans can disable your antivirus programs and make it look like everything is running smoothly. By running a complete scan with another program, you can get the malware out. Even the best antivirus can be disabled.
