Some printers have a maintenance option to clean it. May need to manual clean the drum or rollers but follow the instructions or could damage components. Might need to check drivers are up to date. Are you using a different type of paper? Is the paper feeding correctly? Are the rollers catching/sticky? Is the toner/Ink old or almost out?

Good luck finding ANYTHING for the 45 series. It's been obsolete for at least two years, it's no longer supported.

Sounds like your system board has crashed. Time for an upgrade. Throwing the money for circuit boards at that dinosaur will only turn it into a money pit.
