Try to make a copy on the copy board glass are the lines there? If not, make a copy using the adf, if they are there you need to clean the smaller , thinner piece of glass to the right side of the copy board glass. Good Luck

Try calibrate the touch panel to see if it work.
- Press yellow key
- On the key pad press 1993.
- Press 5 times red key (stay pressing a bit longer on the fifth time)

Then you will see an option to calibrate your touch screen. You will need to press the point.

If this doent work you will need to change the touch panel.

Sorry but photoconductors are handled only by technician, tis is to avoid damage and correct handling it is set to its standard settings to have a good copy quality. before inserting or setting the photoconductors the machine is to be cleaned thoroughly. so let it be handled by a photocopy technician even you pay or not for its services, it is worth it.

U can open the duplex unit on the side and the frond cover.On the photo conducter unit (PCU) is a litle green sticker push that plastic down and pul the unit half way out.then slide it back in so that it can set properly.

Remove the colored thumbscrew

Move levers down

Remove then install new fuser

You can't. As I said you need the service engineer with the laptop. These Office Machines are NOT consumer serviceable. They hook up the laptop with the Ricoh software and it interrogates the computer, the mainboard and everything on it. Hello Christopher Are you in the Philippines? I notice that your copier has changed from Ricoh to Gestetner? We are a North American website. This is a commercial office machine, and from my experience of them is that on the right side you will see on the inside, a list of instructions for where to check for obstructions. It seems you have already done this 8 times! Frustrating! Try this; Open the right side cover, unlatch all the bits at that side. Open the straight pass door on the left side. remove ALL the paper drawers. Get a powerful flashlight, look in all the spaces you have just created, especially at the edges of drawers and paper pathways. You are looking for a tiny piece of paper that one of your employees carelessly left behind after a paper jam.The one I found was right at the back of the straight pass door. When a sensor is covered, it creates that message. If that fails, Ricoh will have to come and attach their Laptop scan software to it which will tell which sensor is obstructed or has failed.
