You have a faulty motor on the timer and it will need to be replaced. Here is the part to order.

we can eliminate the motor and the switch since that part is working. sound like your timer might be faulty, timer make everything work in persistence cycles, if its goes bad sometime it tend to jump/skip cycles.

You will need to remove the back of the unit and pull the boot off that goes from the tub to the pump and clear the filter.

Hit the power button until there is NO display . Unplug and wait a minimum of 30 seconds , plug back in and within 30 seconds hit SIGNAL button then DELAY START button then SIGNAL button again then DELAY START button again. door should lock and display t01 It is now in test mode . There are 14 different test it can run through in this mode , but all we are trying to do is check for error codes now and maybe get you back to normal, So turn the knob one click clockwise and hit the START/PAUSE button and see if any error codes come up. To exit the diagnostic mode - hit signal button then delay start button then signal button then delay start button and you are out of service test mode and back to normal. Post any error codes.

I have had this problem before on my GE Arora front loader. Just remove the lower front panel. There if its like mine there should be a cap and you unscrew the cap. It will start to drain the water so make sure that there is something to catch all the water. There is a lot of water. Then after all the water has drained, remove anything that is clogging the drain. Small socks, pens, pocket trash is usually the problem. Then return the cap to the original position and your done.

First, check the drain filter to be sure it is clear.

Remove the lower kick plate on the front of the unit. You will see a "drain boot" going from the tub to the pump. Remove the boot and check for any obstructions in the boot and also while the boot is off, reach into the tub opening to see if there is anything stuck in there.Here is a picture of the boot.Be sure to have some towels handy as there will be some water in the boot.If that is clear, you will then need to check the door lock assembly to be sure a wire did not come loose and then check it for continuity.Post back your findings to me.Regards,Richard Rothhttp://appliancecafe.com

Check the cold water hose. My brand new machine had this behavior until I discovered a kink in the cold water hose - works great now.

its the inner baskets bearings behind this basket as water gets past the rear seal into these bearings and ruins them,you need to dismantle the entire unit to remove the inner basket from the outer tub to replace these bearings

This is a sign of the motor failing. You will need to replace the motor ASAP. Here is a link to the motor.

Check to see if there are broken shocks attached to the tub. Here is a link to the parts if you find that they have failed.

no the solution is that the drain pump is dead and needs to be replaced open the front panel of the front loader and locate the filter and clean and also remove!!
