Reset with
1) unplug 3 seconds,
2) hold Power & Start to display "Jr",
3) cycle thru using the Custom 2 button (3 times) to display E43,
4) hold Power & Start to clear code to E00,
5) stop.

Try rebooting the dishwasher. Turn off the circuit breaker for 2 minutes. It will reboot when power is restored. If it's still blinking and beeping, you may need service.

The timer has failed. Never had much luck fixing them but replacement is easy... if you can find one

If it's atill under warranty, use it! Call their customer service and tell them what's going on, I bet it's under warranty still and if not they're still extremely likely to help you out! But it sounds like it's overheating and cutting off, by it I mean the motor that turns the drum that your clothes/water/etc. are in. When these electric motors overheat they'll turn off automatically as a safety precaution as to avoid damaging the motor permanently. Once it shuts off, sometimes they'll come back on and work for a while and then just overheat again- it's a vicious "cycle"! Sorry for the corny humor but I couldn't resist. This is common amongst other things like vehicles(fuel pumps & ignition modules are famous for this), many electronics including an iPhone shuts down when overheated until it's cooled down enough to operate safely but it'll overheat again- it's a part failing but holding on for dear life and it's fate is certain. It's possible this could be a simple sensor, call the experts at GE Customer Suppourt, they'll help you troubleshot the issue and get it resolved once and for all, best of luck!

Hello ! Possibly, the transmission belt under the dish grill fell.

there could be a fuse in the control board that you can look at other than that get in a technician as the unit could be damaged from the power surge

It may be a cracked drain hose behind the drain/ clean out cap or a loose clamp. i had the same issue and fixed this myself in less than 20 minutes. I also removed the drain cap and found missing laundry items and a few other items blocking the system. If you have not googled or checked you model online you can find out the location of this cap, which is normally behind the bottom front plate on your washing machine. Generaly on the right side.

Drain pump may be clogged or screens in hoses and water valve may be stopped up

Assuming water is cut on at faucet, be sure hot and cold lines aren’t reversed. Also check screens in hoses and valve for debris.
