To erase a message while it is playing, press the ON/OFF ERASE button. The

answering system announces, "Message Erased" to confirm the message has been

erased.

To Erase All Messages: When the answering system isn't playing or recording messages, press and hold

the ERASE button until you hear the "Messages Erased" announcement. Release the

button after the announcement. This feature allows you to erase all old messages

but not new messages. If you do not have any messages, the answering system

announces, "Zero Messages."

Pretty sure you can. You have to take a look at the instructions that came with your answering machine. If not check the answering machines website. But I think you have to set it up manually at the answering machine first before you can access it remotely via cell phone. You prob. have to hit a certain number or code after you reach your answering machine and it should start giving you your messages

The correction to the problem is for you to delete all the old messages that you have read so that you can create space for the new ones coming in.

Check for setting or mode setting for ring on the menu . It can be set to the desired number of rings.
