Why does all messages remain on APP after I delete all messages
You apparently have unheard messages on the voicemail system provided by your telephone company. This system records messages when someone calls while you're already on the phone. Please contact your telephone company for instructions on accessing their voicemail system.

To adjust the speaker volume, press up/down on the base unit.To change the ringer volume:Make sure your phone is OFF (not in talk mode).Press the MUTE/PROG button to go to the main menu.Press CID/VOL (up or down) button to scroll to "HANDSET SETUP".Press MUTE/PROG button to confirm.Press CID/VOL (up or down) button to scroll to "RINGER VOLUME".Press MUTE/PROG button to enter the menu. "SET RINGER 1HI 2LOW 3OFF" shows in the display.Use the touch tone pad on the handset to select 1, 2 or 3, or use the CID/VOL (up or down) button to scroll to your selection. HI is the default setting.Press the MUTE/PROG button to save your selection. You will hear a confirmation tone and the new volume setting shows in the display.To change the receiver volume: When the handset is ON (in talk mode) you may adjust the receiver volume by pressing the CID/VOL (up or down) button.If you need a manual, you can download one

What does the button look
The button is marked "do not disturb" and is located near the lower-right-hand corner of the 21028 base unit.
