Have you tried to do a complete reset? You'd have to remove the back cover to do this. On the back of the module (or "movement", the brains of the watch), you would examine it with a magnifying glass to find a little label engraved as "AC". That stands for "All Clear". Next to that will be a small hole and a contact inside it. Take a paper clip, unfold it, then using one end touch the AC contact and the other end to the battery. Hold it like that for about 10 seconds. That will reset the watch. See if your problem goes away. If not, then you may have to try removing the battery for a few minutes and then reinstalling it. If that doesn't solve the problem, then you may need to send your watch in for service.
