Right below the drum section is an assemble that has two very fine wires in it. The assemble comes out by pulling it out. have the machine off. When you pull it out you will see to blocks one at each end well those blocks (White Looking) house the connectors for those very thin wires. Several thousand volts travel thru those connectors to the wires to do two things one wire helps transfer the image on to the paper because during the copy/print process the paper goes between both wire and the drum, the second wire prevent the paper from sticking to the drum. After a while with those high voltages going thru those blocks they breakdown and the voltages goes to ground vise the wires causing the machine to issue that code. Might find the those blocks or the whole assy at. the web site below. Open close front door to reset code.

There is a filter with that motor. it mite be jammed in the fan clean it and tape it to the metal cover or just remove it then will have to check on every once in while. That fan cools the Power supply inside the machine. Might be burn it out worse case the control board that controls it is bad. Btw, I’m available to help over the phone in case u need at

Sir/Mam, Have C-13F0 in the service manual but no C-13FA
. C-13F0 Has to do with the LASER Inside the Print Head which puts the image on the drum. Might want to have that looked at or the Image control board that controls the Print head. Btw, I’m available to help over the phone in case u need at

First ensure the right side cover is closed correctly closed also check that the two latches that on the door are not brock especially the rear one. Then fine a paper clip. With the machine on look on the right side of the control panel you will find a small hole. Place the paper clip inside the hole.(Once that is done you can only use that paper clip ever again:) Copier tech humor!) Watch the screen you might see abort code that OK. When the screen come on that show the copiers look to the left of the screen in the middle a small " ." will appears when it does press 3. Nothing going to happen. Code will come back. Now press the Utility button you should now see a button marked maintenance mode. press it then press trouble reset. Once again will go though its normal warm up will see the "." do not do anything. Ready to Copy Should appear. If the code comes back do not reset the code you messing with is for the fuser (The Hot part). It can catch on fire (That would ruin a perfectly good day) so have a technician look at it. Btw, I’m available to help over the phone in case u need at
