I have a Minolta Di351f printer that keeps failing
This is somewhat common on these aging machines. The NIC card in your Pi3502 print controller is going bad. It is a common symptom when this happens that print jobs and or scanning jobs take forever to print/send or will stop altogether. The only fix is to try and find another NIC card for your Pi3502 Print Controller. But this can be risky as even another NIC may not work or work for very long as they are getting to be about 8 years old now. I have had to upgrade a few of my customers from the Di251/351 because of this issue.

Black line appears in copying from Konica Bizhub
If the black line appears ONLY when copying and NOT when printing then you need to clean the adf strip glass. This is the thin strip of glass that is just to the left of the large original glass. Clean this glass very well with a soft cloth and glass cleaner. The line is caused by a small particle stuck to this strip of glass.

I have a bizhub c252 it was working fine untill we
Check that the chord for the doc feed hasnt come out and that when you put document in the feeder the light comes on and it initialises the tray lift to the ready position it sounds as if the feeder connection is faulty and it is looking for document on the glass face to copy .. it doesnt see the document so it cant work the size out.

Paper Tray Lift error code. Check and reload all the paper in all the trays. Power off then on to reset. If this does not solve the code then pull out all paper trays. Reset machine leaving alll trays OPEN. Close the trays 1 at a time waiting 30 seconds between each tray closing. If the code comes back after closing a tray then that will tell you which tray has the problem. You can leave that tray open so you can use the machine and also you can check that tray more closely.
Error code C0820 Call for help
This code don`t exist in Minolta .C0920 is first drawer lift up motor failure.Open and close the front door or set the power switch to OFF then ON.
Minolta Di3510F indicated malfunction error with
COBAo = Elevate mechanism malfunction.
The exit tray home position sensor is not blocked even after the lapse of a given period of time after the tray has started moving up.
An encoder clock input is not detected within a given period of time during operation of the tray.Check the sensors,motors and his connectors.
How to reset:
1. Press the trouble reset switch on the Tech.Rep.Setting Switches Board to reset the following malfunctions:scanner,fusing,exposure related malfunctions and C3FF.
2. For any other malfunctions open and close the front door or turn OFF and ON the power switch.
Problem with my sharp AR 336 code F1-05
Hello, this is a sorter bin home sensor fault. First shut down machine and disconnect all power. You will need to remove the front and rear covers of the sorter, then you will have to manually turn the spindles/ cams as to more the actuator off of the home switch. Once you have released the home switch/ sensor, give a little extra space -- apply the power and watch. The cams should move the bins to switch/ sensor and reposition. Once you have made sure that it is working, shut down the power and disconnect power. Install covers back onto sorter and apply the power. If, when the power is applied before you installed cover, if the cams keep driving and do not stop and code comes back, that bin home switch will need to be replaced.
Does not scan
Most likely you have a problem with you network. The copier it self does not have a code like that. Has your IT person changed any thing on you network? If so have them put it back the way it was.. Good Luck...
Set ip address
You will need to enter admin mode.
To do this select utility, admin management,the passcode should be 12345678 if not try 00000000 & ok.
Once in admin mode select admin 2, network set.
Press basic setting, press DHCP and set to IP input & ok.
Select IP address & input your desired ip address & ok.
Do the same for your subnet & gateway addresses then press enter, it should then ask you to reset the printer by the main switch ( not the one on the control panel ).
Once restarted you can check if the settings have been stored by outputting a config sheet.

Try to reload the copy paper in the LCT staight and even and also make sure the sides of the paper guides are flush against the paper in the paper tray...
Document feeder
Does the adf show a paper jam? If so remove it or look for some thing blocking the paper path and remove it. Also try to turn off the copier and disreconnect the doc feeder and turn it back on and see what happens.
Minolta CS Pro Error Code C0070
Turn on and off WITHOUT toner bottle inserted to reset to home position. If message comes back, the toner motor/drive gears are busted. Time consuming repair, be warned!
Error Code C0960
That error code usually indicates a problem with the bottom paper tray. Make sure the paper is loaded properly and that all the paper is aligned properly. Take all the paper out of the tray and reload it.
