Im pretty sure the E33 error means the toner is empty, so you need to replace the toner.
If you have already done this, make sure everything is correctly seated and firmly closed.

Document Processor communication problem. This is due to a faulty ground connection.
Open the doc feeder lid, check the left hinge. There are two versions of grounding tab: a small one and a bigger and better one. Both attached by a screw.
Twist the small metallic tab that grounds the hinge with doc feeder metal frame in order to create better contact. Worst scenario, the doc feeder cable has a broken ground wire at the holding strap (inside the back rear cover of the feeder, which is hold in place by plastic clasps. If you are handy you can solder the wire ..

If this is the model that I think it is this one stumped me and come to find out it was related to toner. Is the toner bottle full or is the waste toner bottle full. It seems and agian this may not be the model, you have to put in new toner and the machine will run untill it tones up. During that time the machine will not work...Again i have seen this but do not know if this is the correct model, Good luck..

if this were your problem it would be obvious the inner tray is in the middle of the machine there is a lever that lifts up as paper stacks up its probably stuck in raised position

This code is a high temperature in the fuser unit. The reset process is as follows, enter 1087-1087-163-print button-execute-print button then shut machine off when the message comes up on the display. The machine should clear the code and reboot, if the code returns you will need to contact a service company for further assistance. Hope this helps.

You first need to pull the fuser out and manually check that it is running smoothly. More times than not, it will be the fuser rather than the motor.

If the fuser is fine, locate the motor then turn the machine on and visually inspect. If the motor does not run before the code pops up then replace it.
