If it's the issue we had, that is an asus video clip plays over and over when the tablet isn't used, I found the solution. It's in fact a screesaver! so go to ASUS apps, and click screensaver, and deselect the screensaver check box. Cheers, Jeff

If you have a firewall or antivirus running you will have to go into the menu and enter those site as "safe" and they should come up fine after a reboot.

Hoe long have you had this tablet? The fix may not be one that can be repaired without opening the case. But I would try a factory reset first. With this problem, you will need to contact Asus.

Are you able to connect to the internet through another device (TV, Blu-ray player, gaming console, computer/laptop, etc)? If so, how do you connect? I believe it's asking you for your network password, in order to connect to your network, which if you do not know, you can work with your Internet Service Provider, or call Asus Support for further assistance.
