You would be better off taking it to a reputable watch repairer or alternatively take some good clear photo's of all relevant markings and post them off to a site/program such as "Antiques Roadshow" they have very knowledgable and reputable people on hand and may get you the answers you seek for the cost of a stamped envelope.

keep pushing buttons till something changes.Usually you hold a button down for 3 secs then things start flashing,then you forward it to the time section

keep shopping, there are alot of scammers out there. BTW, $20/gram is about $620 an ounce. Are you sure your watch is 24k and not 14k? 24k is so soft a watch wouldn't last very long.

Question edited for clarity. These are the most basic of watches with just a pull crown. For watches with the date, pull the crown to the first stop to adjust. To adjust the time, pull the crown to the second stop. If yours is this one, it looks like the 3 Chrono Dials are just for show as it has no buttons, (it would need an additional three button at 2, 7 and 10 on the dial).
