You would be better off taking it to a reputable watch repairer or alternatively take some good clear photo's of all relevant markings and post them off to a site/program such as "Antiques Roadshow" they have very knowledgable and reputable people on hand and may get you the answers you seek for the cost of a stamped envelope.

keep shopping, there are alot of scammers out there. BTW, $20/gram is about $620 an ounce. Are you sure your watch is 24k and not 14k? 24k is so soft a watch wouldn't last very long.

No manual, just this. You can however just search by the number of buttons, 2 , 4 or 4. They are all the same. Google 4 button chronograph watch manual
