You are in the over strike ribbon mode. The code and period, comma or slash (I can never remember which) will get you out of the mode.DickyO

The 300 takes all nakajima, swintec or compatable Printwheel the typestyle is up to you.

If the keyboard does not work "at all"..but you do have power then you may have lost the Program e-prom on the Main pcb or the Main pcb itself. This would have to go to a shop for repair.

I'm guessing that you want to move the R. margin. Go to the margin press but don't hold the mar rel key space or backspace to desired location, press R. mar key.

During correction the lift-off tape is raised. Please check that it goes down and does not interfere with the printing ribbon.
Removing and reinstalling both is probably the best way.

It takes a General Ribbon T325 or a Nakajima XC001 ribbon. Hope this helps.

Press the repeat and the last letter will print.

I belive That this T/W dose not have an addressable memory. Go toNADIDT.COM click on current models the ae710 is the same as your T/W.

Type a wrong letter, press correction key (X WITH AN ARROW POINTING NTO THE LEFT) should remove Mistake. If this dosen't work you may have very old supplies or a non correctable ribbon.
