That device has the capacity of about 700 Mbs. The fiber cable wont come all the way into your house. There is a point called Dmark that it stops and changes over to conventional wire. That device will work fine.

You need a mains adapterthat has Input 100-240V Output 19V - 3.24A and the input plug that fits into the power socket of your laptop. It does not need to be from ASUS.

Google search the Internet for a suitable power adapter, make sure the output voltage is the same and the amps is 3.24 or higher.

I own roughly 50 of the LG L1953TS monitors, and have this exact problem with a high percentage of them. Far higher than any other make/model I've ever purchased.

My only solution was to file a warranty claim with each one.

You might try speaking with LG customer service regarding what has to be a manufacturing defect. I wish you the best of luck with that, as their customer service towards me has not been particularly stellar.
