I was just reading on another forum, of people in the same boat. The last couple of posts go to say; U 73 error on my Panny DMP-BD35 connected to my Panny TX-37lzd85.
I found it hard to believe that this perfect match would give me
an u73 error. It really did. I called Panny support and they said i had to
bring in the player, that u73 error ment that there was something very wrong.
Before returning the brand new player I bought a slighty more expansive HDMI cable (double coated). Plugged it in and all the problems where solved!!
No more errors, full 1080p image, what a sight!
Faulty cable was my problem.
Cheap cables, huh go figure.
