Hello,
The problem is that there is a burnt or bad capacitor on the power supply board of the television, it is not longer responding, while it tries to respond is when you get the clicking sound, therefore it is not going to power on until the bad capacitor is replaced.
Run a check on the power supply board, you will definitely see the bad capacitor, have it replaced and the television will turn on after reassembling the television back together.
Thank you for using fixya

Hi,As you mentioned your tv have
problem with the T con board. Normally in an lcd tv he t con board
drives the millions pixels in the lcd panel in rows and columns. if
any of the driver or a group of driver for rows and columns is fulty then the
respected row or column will be missing in the picture. This
problem can occur under two circumstances fist is if there is any
loose contact in the connections of the board. if so remove all the
connection to the t con board and then reconnect it. There are total
six connections in the t con board. Of which five will got the lcd
panel and one will go to the mother board.if there is any loose
contact removing and refining the connections will solve the problem.
If not then you have to replace the T con boar. Normally you
can find the t con board in the bottom centre or top centre of the
lcd Covers with metal cover or aluminium foil. I have added the
picture of the t con board for your tv. I you need any more
assistance feel free to contact me through fixya.Ajin

Hopefully a cable came loose and just needs to be "reseated" or connected. Try checking all cables you had to mess with when the caps were replaced, and reseat (unplug and replug) anything easily accessable. Reseating cables can fix issues a lot of times on cables that have lots of connections. Be very careful you don't break anything, some cables with clips can break if you don't unplug correctly. Ribbon type cables can get plugged in crooked or the little strips of metal can peel back when you plug them in. A trick on ribbon cables is to mark them with a marker right down the connector before you ever unplug them, that way you can see that you plugged it in all the way and are not crooked. Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
