Hello, This repair can be DIY by replacing the main board. All the HDMIs are located in there. If you can find the part that controls the HDMI signals and replace it, it might be a cheaper solution, The IC location is IC1401. Let me know if you required further assistance.

Just contact the shipping company and ask them to get it repaired or replaced. They have insurance for this sort of thing. It was their mishandling after all that caused it. The repair cost will outweight the replacement cost in a repair like this.

Check the power supply module, it may have bad DC filter caps with elaking/bulgign tops which causes unstable DC.

Hi, not sure if you have the same fault as i had, but our tv only had half the screen go off, after looking up on the internet i found a video for a fix, what you need to do is remove the back cover, there will be ribbons that go from the front screen to the main panel, i removed each one at a time and rubbed the contacts of the ribbon with a rubber on the end of a pencil, plugged them all back in and switched it on and it was now spot on, thats more than a year ago and its still working spot on, hope this helps jim

Sounds like the LCD Panel, if under warranty contact Samsung warranty for service. If out of warranty, watch it until you tire of it then replace the unit as the cost of a new panel is more than a new unit.
