Try hooking up the powered PC speakers to the AUDIO Line out RCA jacks to see if you get the sound there, if you do, then the problem can be in the power amp section (make sure to check the on screen sound setup menu that the speakers are not set to OFF), if no sound at the RCA jacks either, then the problem can be in the sound processor circuit in the main board.

Why don't you use the original one? Universal remotes provide just basic function and not full range.

You have to use a digital adapter box for your TV. The government was subsidizing these boxes to citizens who did not have some sort of cable service. most manafactors codes are 1234 or 0000 or 5555 or 8888 you might have to put extra didget on EG 12345 -00000 - 55555 -88888 but if you changed it sorry dont know

ok, when you plug in the set, does the power light come on? Assuming you ordered a power supply in good working order, you may very well have a faulty main board. does the light stay or blinking and how about the screen display totally black or a white screen. you can see in a dark room if their is a white screen. if totally black screen then with sound the cause is could be bad inverter board or screen back light. if a white screen it was the t-con board not working good.

that's lcd tv . problem maybe in the power supply or main board. that need technician to troubleshoot to decide which one bad or botb of them bad. hope this could help.

It is OK. This is not a fault. Heat will be generated when an LCD TV works. This is common for all brands. It is not a fault.
