Hi, You can contact Honeywell at 1-800-223-8566 . They are providing support for Brinks safes.

I can't help but your local lock smith will be able to pop that open in a few minutes.You will probably need to bring some proof of ownership before he will open it. A small portable safe is easy to walk off somewhere so he will want to make sure to protect himself. It isn;t personal but he has to protect his licence and livlyhood so don't think anything bad about having to do that.

I think these are fairly easy to pop so it won;t cost much. When you go to re-key the code use one that you can easily remember. Don;t use your phone number or street number as it ties to you.. You can use say your mothers number as an example as that isn't so obvious. Those types are easy to recall as you use them but not easy for someone to figure out or to try as a possible.

Having said that I'm staring at my brief case trying to figure out what the stupid combo was. It happens to all of us ;-]

You are in luck! Sentry owners have had this dilemma before (with all of the passcodes and other numbers we have to memorize in our lives--it's a wonder we can remember our phone number!). The Sentry website provides safe owners the opportunity to recover their combination by doing the following:

Request your combination by mail by preparing a written statement of ownership witnessed and signed by a notary public (who must have different last name than your own) and sending in $12 (check or money order, no cash)

Also indicate on the statement the serial number from the white label located on the outside of the safe. Do not send the Underwriters Laboratory number from the inside of the safe door.

Send the notarized statement with all of this information to:

If by chance you registered your safe on Sentry's website, you can sign in with your user name and password instantly recover your combination.

Contact Sentry. They can give you a default combo so you can reset it and program it with your own and get inside.

I'm sorry if I can not give you the exact combination and I'm sure no one does. Because that is what Sentry Fire-Safe is all about, secrecy.

However, the best solution for your problem.... to be able to acquire the right combination for your safe.... is to call the attention of Sentry Safe Shop

You must call (800) 828-1438 for combination retrievals.
or send a notarized letter stating you are the owner of the safe, personal information, model and serial number of your safe and must indicate the method on how you will receive the combination.

This lock is a pin tumbler lock and can be impressioned by a locksmith. If you can't find anyone in your area that has the blanks you can send the lock to A1-Locksmith and we will make you Brinks key's
