If you have forgotten your password or just want to reset your Samsung phone follow these steps.

If the touch screen of your phone keeps working, then it means the sensor board of the phone is bad and need to be replaced, if you can access the menu of the phone, then you need to calibrate the screen first.

To calibrate the screen, you need to go to the menu, then you select settings, then you select calibrate screen then you follow the rest of the instruction from there on.
