The W2753v does not include speakers so it has no sound capabilities built in, you would need external speakers.

It is the picture picture board on your monitor that is
malfunctioning, i believe the power led button is on while the screen is blank or off, it means the
picture
board of your monitor has developed fault and will need to be replace in other for the screen to display again.
The best thing for you
to
do now is to take the monitor to a local repairer within your vicinity
or any service center
to help with the replacement of the picture board
because the fault is not something you can fix yourself, in order not to
complicate issues.

if it is not that long since you bought it, i suggest you take it back where you bought it from for a full warantee.
or you could it is has been long since you had it take it to a nearest pc worker for new programming.
