Your best bet is to google your specific device, but some have a small hole on the side and you can use a paper clip. Or power off, then power back on holding the power and volume down button down until a menu shows up on screen. You may have two or three options such as hard, soft, or recover reset.

Is the dell wireless? Do you have an Internet Service Provider account? If so, you can do this. you either go on the Internet and find your ISP account. Open it as you open in in your computer then you find the button in your email account that says Send a Picture, or Send from Computer and click on it. You will be taken to a page where your folders are, or you will be taken straight to the My Picture folder. There, select your picture and click OK button. Now the picture is in the email, all you have to do is type the email address of the recipient add a word or two in the Subject field, e.g. 'Dear Julia, here is a photo of me' and click on Send. If you don't have an email account (Internet Service Provider), you can still send pictures using the GMail accessed from the phone company's own Internet provider, e.g. Vodafone, etc. The GMail is provided by Google and is already in the tablet as an App with a red M icon.
