In my experience, Lg PC Suite is pretty useless. Get yourself instead an LG data cable and memory card, and simply drag and drop your files betweeen the memory card and your pc.

You have not mentioned any model number in specific for your phone, however you can use a memory card on the phone and set the memory card your storage device

i think your phone blocked or locked from network. you need to unlock your phone through imei unlock code. after unlock your LG phone. you can use any GSM sim Card in your LG phone.Hope this will help you.

1. Turn the phone off.
2. Press and hold the Power/Lock key (on the right side of the phone) and the Down Volume key (on the left side of the phone) at the same time.
