i don't know. for drain, if in a stand pipe, it seems the drain pipe may be partly blocked. if hooked hose runs into sink, sink drain may be partly blocked, if drain water comes out too fast, consider a tywrap to hold a small towel around hose end to stop splashing. do not block the hose outlet.
low hot water flow may indicate supply hose is restricted. please shut off both cold and hot water supply . remove and inspect hot water hose for blockage. some hose have a screen filter in the end that needs cleaning.
if practical, connect the hot water hose to the hot tap and run water into sink to test for a good flow.

I do not know about a Kenmore but all the washing machines I have taken apart have a pressure switch located near the top just under the lid. as the water fills the machine it also fills a plastic pipe which is connected to the pressure switch.

Probably a worn-out bearing; try rocking the empty drum by hand within the tub. If it is loose on the hub, discontinue use to avoid further serious damage, and get a service engineer to take a look.

Could be two issues. Could be the pump has sprung a leak or a hose has split. Not sure about the starting problem but would check where the leak is first so you do not spend a lot of money on the starting problem the find you have a lot of money spent in the water problem.

F20 means either Hot or Cold water is taking too long to fill. remove hoses and fill into a buck to verify you have good household pressure. if not, call plumber to resolve. If hoses are putting out good pressure, inspect water valve screens, one or both may be partially clogged with sediment or sand. If they are clean, I recommend replacing the water valve.

Sounds like your water entry problem is most likely a water entry solenoid.
As for draining out water try this...
Get a couple of gallons of water and manually place it in the bottom of the dishwasher. Hit start and see if this drains the water. If it does not, see if this water at least is able to be pumped around inside by waiting for the wash cycle to begin. That tells you that the wash pump is OK. Next hit the cancel button and see if it drains on that command. If the water placed in the dishwasher still remains there without draining that is probably a timer control board if this is part of the water entry problem as well.
Having two separate issues .....
water in and water out not functioning suggests a control board issue. Hope it's not the board. They are expensive.

your hot water goes through the water heater so contaminates settle in the heater. the cold does not, there is a screen inside the fill valve where the hose hooks to the valve on the machine. if this in not plugged then the fill valve will have to be replaced. because of the build up of contaminates..

Sounds like either a wire has come loose from the switch or the motor that spins the the ( may be integral part of switch ) has gone bad.

Because quilts, towels, etc. hold a lot of water, they will only release that water during the spin cycle. If the spin rate is too high, the machine will sling water over the top of the tub thence down and onto the floor. To prevent this, reduce the spin rate from high to low. If you find they are still too wet, run a second spin, only, cycle on a higher setting.
