I had to do that with Verizon.

Call Sprint or Boost. It's most likely an error on their end

make sure that the mms and gprs are enabled in your phone. You may contact your phone carrier for the mms and gprs settings.

If it's a phone for Boost Mobile. You need to call Boost Mobile and have their tech support walk you through resetting the phone.

I've had that happen to me through Boost many times. There's a bunch of secret codes and things they'll have you enter to get your phone to connect to the network.

My old incognito did the same thing. Everytime they'd update or do anything I had to get it reprogrammed
