do you know that you can fix the common problem of nokia 1650 ,1110 ,1110i ,1112 ,1600 ,1202 ,1200 and 1208 in your home and didnt lost your time and money by going to a cellphone repair shop or nokia care center...one of the caused of the said problem is the corrupted software of your phone..

some of the problem that encountered by nokia phone 1110 ,1110i ,1112
,1208 ,1200,1209 ,1202 etc .is not sending sms even you have signal and turn off when you go to tone settings if you want to change your message alert or call alert tone...
it is software problem but you can do it by youself by doing this...
1.MENU
2.SETTING
3.RESTORE FACTORY SETTING
4.ENTER LOCKED CODE (if not change it is 12345)
5.WAIT UNTIL PHONE IS REBOOT...

after rebooting the phone ,test it and now you can used it in good working condition..but before you do the above action ,make sure that you save all the numbers in your sim directory becaused it will all deleted ..to save the contacts from phone to sim just do this..
go to menu>contacts>copy >select ,from phone to sim card >all >keep original and wait until its done ...

Check weather u have put that no. in black list or not? for this go to call setting and locate any option like :Call block or Auto Reject or Reject list etc" if found then open it and remove that no. from there...

you can see your phone;s IMEI code by typing *#06# while phone is in standby or by removing your phone's battery to see the code at the back of the phone.

Reset the phone back to factory setting, you can see this feature by going to Tools > settings to do this.

Try this out as i guess it would solve the problem.

A request for a PUK code ("Personal Unlocking Key") will appear on your phone if your SIM card PIN code is entered 3 consecutive times incorrectly.

Your SIM card will then become "PUKed" or Blocked. This is a security measure to protect your service.

You need to call the Customer Service department of your cell phone provider and they will give you the PUK code which will unblock your SIM card.

Default code is 12345 if you did not change it before.
