I have a Panasonic SDR-T55P video camera. The battery seems to be good but the unit turns off immediately after the viewing window is open (red light is on for a few seconds). Any advice?

I wanna buy battery for panasonic dv 932
I would take the old one to a battery store like Battery Boy in Chatham Ontario as they have or can get just about everything you need. Have them match it. I am sure there are other stores like them around the country.
