Motorola Mobility MOTOPURE™ H15 Bluetooth Headset Questions & Answers
How to change battery in Motopure H15?
It's a little fiddly getting cover off as you need to gently pry the cover from the connector end, once the cover is off there is silicone over the solder connections that will need to be gently scrapped off. The old battery has sticky tape holding it down, carefully pry that up slowly, don't dent the battery or deform as it could short and melt or catch fire. but since your changing it, it's prolly already dead, but don't assume. After the battery is off the case then un-solder the connections and resolder the replacement battery. Check ebay for replacement Motorola Bluetooth batteries. any of 3.7 volt 90mah. Size: 6mm(H) x 12mm(W) x 20mm(L)

Whenever i click it on,
First make sure it is fully charged then press both volume buttons simoultaneously until the blue light come on. May need to do it more than a couple of times to get it to work but the clicking sound does go away.

Trying to pair motorola 700 with at&t samsung
I think there are some H700 headsets which support smart find. If this is your case, you must ensure that all the bluetooth enabled devices, which have been previously paired with it, have their bluetooth radios turned off. Then, some 5 seconds after you open the headset's boom, the light should become steadily lit, thus indicating it is in pairing mode. Otherwise (i.e. if it doesn't support smart find), with its boom closed, press the call button for some 5 seconds, until the light is steadily lit. Then, open the boom. Either way, turn on the bluetooth radio of the device you now want to pair your headset with, and make it search for new devices. After a while, the H700 should appear in the device' screen. Select it and make it connect. If a pairing code (or PIN or passkey) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros).
Hope you are able to sort your problems out.
By the way, if your headset's quick start guide happens to be missing, feel free to download it from this location.
Regards, Carlos

My H15 suddenly powered down, and it won't come
Have you shut off your bluetooth through your phone settings? Try that and even disconnecting altogether, then adding again. Keep it charging and make sure the lights all come on for charging and when turning on your set. Let me know what happens at this point
