Motorola Mobility H560 Bluetooth Headset Questions & Answers
Red blinking light
Hi, Ephraim. The flashing red light indicates that the device is showing "low battery". It could be that the LG phone charger fits the charging port on your bluetooth headset but it is not compatible with your device. In order for you to know that it is charging, the device should show a steady red light(means charging).
Please take a look at the table reference below.

Can not get my LG 835 flip phone to pair with my Motorola H560 head set.
Some headsets need to be set to pair mode to link with your phone. Check the instructions/user manual and if all else fails, try holding buttons on the headset and see if you can get a different reaction out of it.If you get past that stage and require a code, try 0000, 1234, etc. The book should tell you

The generic PIN (Which is what I'm guessing you need) for most bluetooth devices is either 0000, or 1234. Please try those and see if that solves your problem.

The blue light will not shut off and the device
Hey Jennifer - might I recommend resetting the device completely and going through the pairing process again?
To do this, first turn the switch to "off" by sliding it back, toward the earpiece/speaker. Then press both volume buttons and the "call" button at the same time, holding it for about 10 seconds. That will reset it to "like new", and then you can re-pair the phone and device. If you need holp, you can check out the manual and instructions here:
