According to your problem, this is the problem of settings of network. You don't have say in details what you use to talk with this headset. Check the settings of the Bluetooth and the headset. Connect the Bluetooth again properly. If you use with internet chatting then it may occur for internet problem. You can reinstall the Bluetooth driver. If you use it in phone then check the phone settings and reset it. It may occur also for your handset.

I can't get sound from my p c system,and tried the configuration volume from the control panel and it wouldn't move.

Sounds like it's broken.

If the headset is still under warranty, contact Sennheiser and return for a replacement.

Well I have had the same problem as well, twice really. The first one got replaced by Sennheiser, very good service. Unfortunately about a year later the same problem, I am waiting now what they will do with this. I really like the little earphones but I need them to work. Untill now I have had great service which of course comes with the quality of the name.

You have to wire the plug to eliminate the voltage sent by the sound card. I can't remember if it's the tip or the sleeve, so you'll have to verify with a volt meter. Use a 3 position plug to solder to the mic wires, just don't connect the wires of the mic to the one that has voltage on it

Yes I had the same problem. Under some circumstances the MM100 freezes (didn't figure out when just yet). It's a software issue inside. Solution: open left speaker (the side with the charge connector and hence the battery). Discharge the battery (or just short circuit for half a second) and it works again. Sennheiser should built a reset button on these things.

Just put your problem on social media, including the brabds abd they will answer, i know these kind of cimpanies. Moest just ignore you but hate bad publicity. ain't you have got a forum for consumerproblems?
