There are a lot of alcatel phones. Do you have a model number? Basically, you go into the menu or settings, find the bluetooth menu and press "pair". Press and hold the power button on the bluetooth headphone until it "beeps". The phone will ask for a pairing code, typically 0000. Try this or get me a model number of both the phone and bluetooth.
