Thanks for using FixYa. Turn printer off and unplug the printer from all cables (power, USB, etc). Try to hold it upside down and gently shake it so that if there is any paper inside it’s removed. If still it’s not resolved then clean the print head. To clean the print head take a hot water towel with the printer unplugged and the cartridges out, clean it till the time you see there is no ink residue on the towel. Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or else revert for further assistance.

don't copy the drivers file information, it will be messy and you most likely will not get everything

Choose your operating system and download the drivers and any software it came with

Turn off the printer and uninstall all printer software. Use the install cd to reinstall the printer and switch on when told to connect printer by the install prog. You should be OK from there.

1. Click and select. (Settings) > Devices > Printers & scanners.
2. Select your product and click Manage.
3. Click Printer properties.
4. Select the Ports tab.
5. Select the Enable bidirectional support checkbox and click OK.
