The Asus K72JK-TY043V Notebook PC is one of the Asus K series of Notebook PC's.
This shows how to remove the Keyboard,
http://www.insidemylaptop.com/disassemble-asus-k-series-notebook/Shown is a disassembly guide, and of course you do not need that.
What I am referencing to is midway down the page under the bold heading >
Removing Keyboard.
The Keyboard is held in, by plastic tabs that are on the Palm Rest Cover.
These tabs are spring loaded. You press against each spring loaded tab, and depress it.
This action unlocks the Keyboard from the spring loaded tab.
There are Five spring loaded tabs.
The spring loaded tabs are located above the following keys;
1) Esc key
2) F5 key
3) F9 key
4) Prt Scr
5) End
Use a small flat bladed screwdriver such as a Jewelers flat tipped screwdriver.
Carefully press the tab TOWARDS to LCD screen.
Once a tab is depressed it unlocks. Go to the next tab.
The back of the Keyboard is towards the LCD screen.
Lift up on the back of the Keyboard.
DO NOT try to remove it at this time, as there is a flat cable attached to the Keyboard.
The Keyboard cable is an FFC.
Flat Flex Cable.
The Keyboard FFC does NOT have a connector attached to it.
The connector is permanently mounted to the motherboard.
The Keyboard's FFC removes from the connector on the motherboard. Just a flat cable hanging from the Keyboard.
The connector on the motherboard is a ZIF connector.
Zero Insertion Force.
This particular ZIF connector has a Lock Clip on it, that is slid slightly to one side.
As you view the flat flex cable coming into the connector, and above the connector, the clip is slid to the Left to unlock.
NOT very far. Approximately 2 Millimeters, or close to 1/16th of an inch.
